HAZARD STATEMENTS

Prevention: 

Wash hands, face and other affected areas thoroughly after handling.

Response: 

If skin irritation occurs: Get medical advice/attention.

IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. 

Remove contact lenses, If present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.

If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention.

ADDITIONAL FIRST AID

IF IN EYES: Flush with clean running water for at least 15 minutes.  If irritation persists, get medical attention.

IF ON SKIN: Wash thoroughly with soap and water. If irritation persists, or if rash develops, get medical attention. 

IF SWALLOWED: If conscious, drink 1 to 2 glasses of water. Get medical 

attention. Never induce vomiting or give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. 

IF INHALED: Remove to fresh air. If irritation persists, get medical attention. 

WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF DAMAGES

NW MicroBiotics, LLC warrants only that this product conforms to the product on the label and is reasonably fit for the purposes stated in the Direction For Use. The Directions for Use of this product are believed to be adequate and must be followed carefully. It is, however, impossible to eliminate all risks associated with this product. Crop injury, ineffectiveness, or other unintended consequences may result due to such factors as weather conditions, presence or absence of other materials, or the manner or use of application, all of which are beyond the control of NW MicroBiotics, LLC. All such risks must be assumed by the buyer or user. Except as warranted on this label, NW MicroBiotics, LLC makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee, whether expressed or implied including, but not limited to, warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise. No agent or representative of NW MicroBiotics, LLC or the seller of the product is authorized to amend the terms of this Warranty disclaimer or the product's label to make a representation or recommendation different or inconsistent with the label of this product. To the extent consistent with applicable law, NW MicroBiotics, LLC's maximum liability for breach of its warranty or for use of this product, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the purchase price of this product. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NW MicroBiotics, LLC shall not be liable for consequential, special or indirect damages in the nature of penalties, and the buyer and the user waive any right that they may have to such damages. If the warranty and liability limitations or disclaimer are not acceptable, return the unopened container to the place of purchase for full refund. To the extent not inconsistent with applicable law or the label, the purchase, delivery, acceptance and use of this product by the buyer is subject to the terms and conditions of the seller's sales invoice for this product.
